Leslie Masters, M.D., is a board certified physician in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology. She also has specialty training in laser medicine and skin care. She has completed training in laser techniques and has received concentrated study in Dermatology.

Dr. Masters received her medical degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine and completed her residency and sub-specialty training at the University of Arizona Health Sciences Center in Tucson.

Dr. Masters recently received full training in Florida with Dr. Dwight Reynolds on the Smartlipo procedure and completed over 60 successful surgeries during this time.

My name is Dr. Olga Strickland. I joined the medical staff of Advanced Skin Solutions in 2007. My primary focus is to apply my dermatological experience, through the use of laser treatments, for our patients.

I have been lucky to have lived in, and experienced, many different parts of the world. I was born in Budapest, Hungary, where I lived in my early childhood years. Then, it was off to Ukraine for ten years, where I finished my early education. I chose medicine as my career path and began Medical School in 1987 in Tver, Russia. I initially graduated in 1993, and continued my medical education until its completion in 1997.

That same year, I came to the United States, and chose Tulsa, Oklahoma as my new home. I began working here with the American Red Cross, and soon after, went to work in the Department of Dermatology at OU. While there, I also completed a course of study in Health Care Administration, for which I received my Masters Degree in 2004.

I asked my parents to join me in Tulsa in 2006, and after experiencing the area, have decided that Tulsa is a fantastic community in which to live!

I was asked to join the staff at Advanced Skin Solutions this year, and decided it is a fantastic place to call my “home away from home.” I am proud to serve our current patients, and look forward to answering your questions about laser treatments and filler products.
